Very Garlic Baguette

Ingredients for two:
  • Half a half-baked baguette (or a half-baked half-baguette)
  • One bulb [sic] of garlic
  • 1/2 stick (2 oz) of butter
  • Dash of salt
  • Fresh-ground pepper
  • Dash of dried dill
Preparation:
  1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees F
  2. Break up garlic bulb and get garlic cloves ready for garlic press
  3. Put butter into a small pan on medium heat
  4. Once butter is melted, press all the garlic into it
  5. Stir immediately
  6. Add salt, pepper and dill
  7. Stir for a minute or so until garlic is slightly browned
  8. Switch off heat to pan
  9. Cut half-baguette in half (length-wise)
  10. Put baguette halves on baking sheet, inside facing up
  11. Spread butter/garlic mix over the baguettes
  12. Bake for 8 minutes
  13. Pull out once it's slightly browned (don't overbake)
  14. Serve warm.
