This was one of the first recipes that I came up with after I started cooking more. Simple yet good!
Ingredients, per person: - 3 thick slices of Ciabatta bread
- 2 oz of goat cheese
- 1 sprig of fresh dill
Preparation: - Preheat oven to 400°F
- Put goat cheese in chunks on the Ciabatta slices
- Add fresh dill on top
- Put in oven, directly on rack, for 10 minutes or so
- Let cool for 1 minute or so
