Ingredients: - 1 salmon filet (not too thick)
- A few sprigs of fresh dill
- Juice of 1/2 orange
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Coarse sea salt
- Fresh-ground black pepper
Directions: - Preheat broiler
- Use 1 tbsp of olive oil to oil a broiling pan
- Coat both sides of salmon with orange & lemon juice
- Add salt & pepper to taste
- Coat salmon with remaining olive oil
- Put dill under salmon
- Let sit for 15 minutes
- Broil without turning salmon for 10-12 minutes
